I chose this vacuum cleaner for long hours, the primary condition was the silence of the vacuum cleaner which is really nice, in the bagless category there are very few to choose from. The size of the floors is not small (250m2) so something small is out of the question. We had a Sencor Allegro for 13 years which worked without any problems, the cyclone worked well and was unbreakable (not that we're jumping the gun here but it's not handled with kid gloves). Nothing really bothered us in the first days with Rowenta, but now after a year I see significant shortcomings. after 3/4 year the hook on the main attachment for parking the vacuum cleaner broke so it is not foldable. The bin is made of hard plastic, so it is fragile and very scared to handle. The cyclone system is half as bad as the 1000 Sencor. Every two empties of the container the filter is full of dust and has to be washed. Plus, if you don't have the nozzle facing you and you want to move it, it will tip over 50% of the time, at which point the dust container will fall out. The design of the nozzle in the hand is very pleasant, however, after a year the locks have become dislocated and I am worried whether it will live to two years. The suction power which is not adjustable (only by the baypass valve on the nozzle) is sufficient. Quiet is indeed good. The overall design is therefore not very good. I find the price tag quite a bit (yes other quiet ones are not bagless). Unfortunately, when it comes to quality we will have to choose Karcher.
