three levels of foaming is really handy: very dense foam for capuccino, medium foam for cocoa or flakes and no foam e.g. for chocko chips. we've never used cold ones
stopped working after 2 months, and it is not used daily
the control with two knobs is unnecessarily complicated, one to select one of the 4 modes and the other to switch on/off
