The PlayStation 5 Pro order arrived in really bad shape. The box was devastated, the corners were torn and the seal was broken, which immediately made me wonder if the console had been opened or used before. For a product in this price range, this state of the pack is really disappointing. Fortunately, the console itself and the accessories inside were fine and everything works without any problems. The PS5 Pro as a device has been great so far - performance, silence and graphics are all top notch. Just the first impression of the delivery was really very bad and spoils the overall buying experience. If the store improves the packaging and shipping control, it would be without major complaints. But unfortunately I can't give a full rating like this.
