For a shampoo in this price range, I would expect smooth use and a fine-tuned scent. Unfortunately, only the latter is true. I struggle quite a bit with the bottle (I have a lot of diopters, no glasses in the shower) before I open it, but I'm slowly getting used to it and getting faster. The bigger problem is that the shampoo is quite thick, so the longer you have it, the harder it is to get out of the bottle. Rightly said, it takes longer and longer. If the manufacturer had accounted for this and designed the bottle to stand upside down on the neck, then it would have been a winner. It's pretty much a lose-lose situation this way, because if you don't have a flat surface for the shampoo, but hanging or other wire baskets, the shampoo has to be leaning against something or it won't stay on the neck. For the price, I wouldn't expect to be able to complain about such basic features of any hair product. I will not buy this shampoo again, although I will miss the smell.
