After a year and a half of use - just picking it up from the table and putting it on the ears, one earphone broke, the other one is broken. The attachment of the headphones is ill-conceived. After a year of use, the connector on the cable connection with the PC stopped working.

Probably the worst purchase I've ever made on alza and I hope to finally get rid of this horror one day. originally the product cost over 2 thousand, they have already discounted the product several times to match the quality. I've claimed three times in a year and the product has been in claim for a total of 2 months, and that's only because at least the first time I got the product replaced due to purchasing an immediate replacement. The design breaks, the wired connection works badly, the bluetooth signal is so good that if you have your mobile in one pocket of your coat, it is fine, but in the other one the signal drops out and God forbid if you dare to walk 3 meters away from the mobile. Combined with the approach of alza, who keeps replacing my product and trying to make the longest possible warranty period out of everything so that they don't have to refund my money, it's a really terrible purchase that has made me strongly cautioned to keep an eye on the brand in the future.

ANC is not so good, they can not be used as "noise cancelling" headphones, ANC has much better e.g. Sony WH-1000XM3 or even Mobvoi HP ANC 1593

Even if I don't like the ANC processing, I'm perfectly happy without this feature.
Active noise cancellation is not that good, it will significantly degrade the sound quality but I didn't buy them because of that
