It’s really versatile and very compact, but that has its downsides – these sliding elements at each end (2x) add extra resistance, so I don't know where the 240W load rating came from. In a load test with 60W 19V and about 3A, the joints started to get very hot, which in my opinion isn't good, and the rest of the cable is three times thinner compared to an Alza 100W cable. So I wouldn't recommend counting on the declared load. On the other hand, the versatility is brilliant for charging your mobile while using it, and it's also genius in the car with navigation – the cable adapts perfectly. So, in conclusion, if you need versatility then yes, but don't count on higher power outputs (I haven't tested it long-term, maybe it would hold up). But if you're not specifically looking for the positioning feature, I'd probably choose a cheaper 90° version without the joints.
It's really versatile and very compact.
