I primarily use the headphones for PC gaming in wireless mode (I also briefly tried listening to music and watching films and wasn't exactly disappointed in those cases either).
The surround sound is unsuitable for the game I play most often; the stereo mode provides much better quality. Besides, as I already mentioned in the cons, I generally find the usability of the DTS Headphone:X 2.0 surround sound via G HUB to be very poor and unbalanced. In contrast, I'd rate the quality of the stereo mode as above average and completely fine even for competitive gaming (reliable localisation of sound sources, footsteps, weapon reloads, grenade pins being pulled, etc.).
The headphones don't press on my head even during many hours of gaming and don't need constant readjustment; the ergonomics are clearly fantastic in that regard. Even though they aren't exactly the lightest model on the market, they don't try to break my neck even during longer gaming sessions. My only criticism would perhaps be the lack of a diode indicating that the microphone is muted.
I'm more than grateful for the solid battery life of approx. 50 hours (my previous model was the Logitech G933 with a third of the battery life, brrr). The signal is stable and doesn't drop out, and the sound switches to the headphones almost immediately after connecting the dongle and turning them on.
My criticism is mainly aimed at the limited EQ and the quality of the surround sound when running through G HUB (see the first point in the cons). Some users will also have an issue with the microphone quality, which can seem unbalanced compared to the listening quality, but that can also be worked with (see the second part of the cons).
All in all, for my personal needs, these are the ideal headphones. Although some compromises had to be made in certain cases, for me personally, it was nothing that bothered me significantly, and I definitely don't regret the purchase.

The headphones have excellent sound and are very comfortable. The microphone is unfortunately of very poor quality. However, the product is very prone to sound defects. The first time, the left earphone broke after a year of use. No sound came out of it. Fortunately, my claim was successful and the headphones were repaired. Unfortunately, the second time I wasn't so lucky. After about a year and 9 months, the sound from the right earphone went, but not completely. It gradually started to get quieter and quieter. However, when I sent them for repair, the headphones were returned with the explanation that no fault was found. I repeated this process 3 times; each time I used the headphones for a few days after their return, and the fault came back. They always returned from the claims process after a month, partially functional, but after a few days the fault returned. Now it's out of warranty. I believe the service centre only ever did a temporary fix until the warranty period expired.
