They sent out general advice on how to proceed, which frankly everyone can figure out, so that didn't solve the problem. Plain and simple, the cleaver is poorly made.
for me unnecessary attachment for sausage making (but that's a matter of opinion), I would have preferred if the robot included some kind of chopping attachment for vegetables.
