As a woman, I had very problematic acne-prone skin from the age of 13, and nothing helped until I was 16, when I discovered La Roche Posay. I've been using this cream (the older version, to be exact, and now this new one) in combination with Garnier Pure Tonic Cleansing Water (anti-pore and anti-shine) for a few years now. I plan to add more La Roche products in the future, but for now this cream is enough. I'm 23 now, I haven't had acne at all since I was 17.
Only one Little Bittern appears only once a month, and then only in the red season. 😉 I definitely recommend this cream to men who suffer from acne.
