we bought the coffee machine because a friend has one and it makes great coffee. Yes, it makes great coffee but it has to be fully functional. Unfortunately, we bought a coffee maker that made excellent coffee but the float in the water tank was somehow defective. so we advertised the coffee maker here through alza, I guess there's no other way. well, even though they wrote that it is usually processed within 17 days, we waited a whole month because of this crap and after the deadline they wrote us that they were sending a new one. A month without this service, again, making coffee in the bathroom or I don't know where we were supposed to make it, by hand, well. but... you'd think that sending a new coffee machine would solve the problem. Well, no. now the float in the tank is working for a change but the milk is doing it wrong. The previous Krups didn't have a problem and I didn't have to overdo it with cleaning the hose etc. now, even after a thorough cleaning. that's not it. it just doesn't fit in the ml, it doesn't make enough milk. Oh, yeah. so we have to wait another month for the service department to sort this crap out. of course Alza won't tell you what service it is, everything is dealt with through alza and since my lack of a coffee machine and discomfort doesn't bother them, they always tell me I just have to wait, they have a lot. they won't even call there. well, it's a nightmare. information only: your coffee machine is still in service. Uh, thanks. I'm looking forward to another month without a coffee maker. so you have to count yourself lucky for a coffee maker. Good Luck!

We have had the coffee maker at home for a few days and so far we are very satisfied and the recommendation we received for it was true. In addition, it seems that maintenance will be no problem and you can buy the necessary chemistry from the manufacturer.

I don't consider myself a coffee connoisseur, but I like the coffee from this machine. I was surprised at how quickly the coffee is ready, after switching it on in about 30 seconds. The coffee maker is small, it doesn't take up much space in the kitchen. However, its positioning is quite limited - water refilling from the back, the loger tank is on the left. It's great that when the coffee runs out of water, the machine continues to brew after refilling. Getting it up and running was easy, after switching on the machine rinsed itself with hot water. What surprised me was that the drip tray fills without one seeing the water drain. We even put a cup under the nozzles. Apparently it's some kind of cleaning where the water goes straight into the drip tray. Unfortunately, our coffee machine was missing the tubing for the preparation of milk drinks. We have dealt directly with KRUPS customer support, where Zuzana is very helpful and arranged for new ones to be sent, unfortunately they have not arrived yet. That's why I can't evaluate the preparation of milk drinks yet.
