I've owned the product for 2 years and 3 months, and I recommended it to several friends who are also "satisfied". It makes coffee and froths milk, but there's a big BUT. The coffee portions are uneven when preparing two lattes at once; one cup can easily have 3cm less. When guests come over and I have to make 6 lattes, it's a half-hour job. Sometimes it makes a beautiful foam, other times just hot milk pours out (I always use the same milk – Tatra full-fat, always chilled). Sometimes you can drink the latte straight away, other times you'll burn your hand on the glass. I chose the version with just a tube so I wouldn't have to clean a milk container – BUT, if you put the tube straight into the carton, the milk is sour by the morning. I clean it after every coffee, both with the rinse cycle and manually. I clean the original milk tube with a straw brush. It makes 2–5 coffees a day. These occasional anomalies also happen to friends who own one. At first, these occasional little things didn't bother me given the price, but as it all keeps happening over and over (perhaps even more often now), I wouldn't recommend the product to anyone anymore.
