Next time, I'll skip the Hoover brand altogether when choosing home appliances.
The connection to the mobile phone was not working.
The technical support on the Hoover website responded to a request to resolve the issue with a huge delay - i.e. until a few days after I returned the washing machine to Alza.
I tried to contact technical support via the phone number listed on their site. After I clicked through the pay phone and was finally connected to a "live" technician, my call was terminated and I was told to call back another time.
That's not how I imagine tech support.
