I don't usually write a review after three days of use, that's too soon, but with this product it was clear right after trying it out. The laundry washed beautifully clean and fragrant, after spinning it is almost dry, but these are probably the only pros and it is kind of expected that a washing machine washes. Otherwise, the machine is a "big bad". The washing machine is quite poorly made. The door is leaking and dripping water onto the floor during washing. It is slightly noisier when draining than my previous 30 year old Electrolux from my parents, but that's not as much of a problem as the unreal noise when dialing. When the washing machine is dialling, the intensity of the noise is reminiscent of a jet taking off in the bathroom - you basically can't be there at that time - the sound of humming, rattling and knocking can be heard over two floors. The drum has too much clearance - in the instructions Gorenje claims that the drum has and must have clearance, but if the drum is hitting the walls of the washing machine when the load is not balanced properly, it is really too much. I think the extreme play of the drum movement within the suspension will also be the cause of the noise and vibration on the dial and the banging sounds. Otherwise, the washing machine was installed by technicians from Alza - both locking bars were removed and the washing machine stands firmly and has aligned legs - so the problem is not in the installation, but in the washing machine
