Refrigerator is nice, quiet and cools as it should. I'm not sure what the manufacturer meant by a "zero zone" drawer, the drawer is the same temperature as the whole fridge. The temperature in the vegetable drawer, on the other hand, is slightly lower. It's freezing cold. I was choosing between this and a Samsung fridge, the D-test award and that it has handles was the deciding factor.
