As a cooling pad, it didn't prove to be very good, as most of the heat flies past the laptop and only the minimum can cool the laptop. I recommend investing in more expensive pads that have memory foam that "hugs" the body of the laptop and air flows over the laptop and not around it. I give 3 stars for workmanship and design, if the speed could be regulated it would ensure a better response and probably more efficient cooling.

The pad cools as it should. For the first 2-3 weeks I would let it run somewhere outside under a roof to air out the plastic smell from the factory. Otherwise the quality is good.
