Amazing ability to vacuum and mop in one - half the time it takes to clean, and we use it a lot more often than if you had to pick up a mop bucket to mop
Really easy to use, you can quickly learn where to refill what and how to use the machine.
It doesn't leave floors too wet, so they dry quickly, and thanks to the rotating brush it cleans stains on the floor very well.
Great for pet owners too - hairs don't get tangled and stuck on the brush thanks to a special mechanism that cuts them before vacuuming into the container (unfortunately, this only has a mop, not a vacuum cleaner accessory, but we counted on it)
What's the biggest gamechanger - for us definitely the self-cleaning and drying, it works really great and the roller is really clean and doesn't smell musty like a mop that hasn't dried properly - the only thing I would have welcomed and what was taken away from this model would have been the drying only - for example if you want to wipe clean water off the floor after bathing and don't need to go through a 5 minute cleaning cycle + then more drying.
Cleverly designed dirty water container with removable filter, through which you can simply pour dirty water and larger dirt, hair, pet hair, etc. into the sink. stays in the filter, where you can easily remove it and throw it in the bin.

The biggest disadvantage I consider to be the necessity of using a product directly from the manufacturer Dreame - Multi Surface Floor Cleaner (using another one can lead to voiding the warranty - as I subsequently found out, this is similar for many manufacturers). First of all, I didn't find this fact mentioned anywhere in the reviews and secondly, unfortunately, the cleaner is rarely and rarely available - I had to get the specific type from another seller and only via the internet. On the other hand - the H14 Dual has an automatic dispenser and there seems to be very little run off as the product is concentrated. So if you get an original once in a while, then it's probably ok.
Due to the large motor, it is heavier in the hand - but this is more of a problem with classic vacuum cleaner accessories, because the mop has powered wheels that make it much easier to work with: )
So far I have not managed to pair the device with the app, so we are "left" to the normal settings within the default mode of the device, but this is not such a critical problem.
