The Ender 3 V3 KE is fine, the lack of cutouts for screws doesn't bother me much, it aligns laterally with fingers when attaching the pad. The smooth surface of the golden side is very nice for the first layer, however without 3DLac it held for the first two or three prints, then IPA or jar is not enough and PLA in the first layer does not hold (220/65 Nebula). But I guess that's to be expected.
