I need sockets without the child safety shutters. The screws on the back can't be unscrewed with standard screwdrivers (which is standard these days), but luckily the heads have a straight groove interrupted by a protrusion in the middle. To unscrew them, you just need a suitable flat-head screwdriver into which you file a groove about 2mm wide and 2mm deep with a needle file. Then you can easily take the socket block apart; under the metal strips, there are easily removable blocks with guide holes for the pins, and from these, you can very easily pop out the springs with the child safety shutters.
High quality and elegant design
The locking screws can be undone with a flat-head screwdriver with a filed-down groove (no special bit needed).
