My iPhone 12 mini worked great for a few days, but then it stopped charging. In portrait, with the sleeve, without the sleeve nothing, it only worked lying down. Motorola always without problems even with the case. The plastic is nice to the touch, the stand is heavy enough that it doesn't move around the table when you don't want it to. And the green light is pleasantly dimmed. I take the micro USB connector as a disadvantage, but realistically it doesn't matter because it's not a travel charger. Wherever you put it, it usually stays with the supplied cable.
