The pump should have a max. power 12 kW It seemed to me that it slowly heats the water in the pool. So I measured the parameters at an outdoor temperature of 13°C and water temperature of 19°C with a target temperature of 27°C Power input of 1.38 kWW (from the application and from independent consumption measurements)
Power 8.5 kW (based on flow rate 6.65 m3/h and thermal gradient 1.1 °C) This is much less than the documentation. I could not find a way to increase the performance in Agua Temp without intervening in the service menu. Changing the target temperature had no effect on performance.
I wrote to CF-Group service: Brief description of the problem: In normal operation, the pump does not seem to achieve the declared power input or heating capacity according to the technical specification. The Aqua Temp app shows compressor frequency up to 85 Hz, but the power input remains steady around 1.38 kW and the output is lower than I expect. Measured values: - outside air temperature: approx. 13 °C - inlet water temperature: approx. 19 °C - set target water temperature: 27 °C - mode: Heating - the period of continuous operation before measurement: approx. 1 hour - electrical input: approx. 1.38 kW (not changed) - water flow: approx. 6.65 m³/h - temperature difference at the heat exchanger (ΔT): approx. 1.1 °C → calculated heat output approx: 8,5 kW Expected values according to specification (for 15/12 °C air and 26 °C inlet water): - heat output: 1,86-8,58 kW - power input for heating: 0,21-1,90 kW - COP: 8.93-4.51 In my case, the power input has only been around 1.38 kW for a long time and the unit does not seem to use the upper part of the power range (up to 1.90 kW). Please check if: - the unit correctly enters the maximum power mode, - there is no problem in the refrigerant circuit or sensors, - no adjustment of settings in the service menu is necessary. In the attachment I send a proof of purchase from Alza.cz and a photo of the unit's label with the serial number. Thank you in advance for your review and suggestion for further action.

My previous pump from another brand went 10 days before the end of the warranty Alza refunded my money immediately, next day money back in my account. Otherwise, this heat pump is the same money, smaller and has a little more paper power. I have a pool 3x7x1.4m of water (approx 29m3). The input water to the CH is now 16st. and outlet 17.5 degrees, air 15 degrees. I can't compare with the old CH, but it seems ok to me, with a pipe diameter of 50mm (I don't know the flow rate).
