Hygienically tested BOSCH dishwasher
In the BOSCH SMI2HVS06E Serie 2 dishwasher, viruses like corona or flu are effectively eliminated even on the Eco 50°C programme, a fact tested by the Institute for Integrative Hygiene and Virology (Hygiene Label Level 1). An even higher level of hygiene can be achieved by using higher-temperature programmes, which are effective against more resistant viruses, including enveloped and non-enveloped ones. The Intensive 70°C programme and the Machine Care maintenance programme on BOSCH dishwashers meet these criteria (Hygiene Label Level 3).
Flexible dish loading
Bosch basket systems adapt perfectly to all your needs, providing exceptional stability and innovative ways to use the space. Thanks to foldable tines and plate racks, they can accommodate even bulky items, including pots and pans. The upper basket is also height-adjustable. If you need even more space, the BOSCH SMI2HVS06E Serie 2 is equipped with a VarioDrawer cutlery tray, which adds an extra loading level at the top of the dishwasher. This makes loading the dishwasher significantly easier and increases its capacity. It's the ideal place for cutlery and small kitchen utensils like ladles, whisks, or espresso cups. This drawer replaces the cutlery basket in the bottom rack, leaving you more space in the lower part of the dishwasher.
Simple control of the integrated BOSCH dishwasher
Thanks to compatibility with Amazon Alexa, the BOSCH dishwasher can also be controlled by voice. Check if the 'Home Connect' skill is available for your country and language in the Alexa app. Activate it to link your Amazon Alexa device and your home appliance. The Favourite programme feature lets you save a combination of your most-used programme and additional functions, making it much easier to control your smart BOSCH SMI2HVS06E Serie 2 dishwasher. You can then easily start the programmed setting via the Home Connect app or directly by pressing the button on the dishwasher's control panel. For example, combine the Extra Dry function with the Eco 50°C programme and set the dishwasher with a single touch. This custom combination of a programme and an optional function makes washing dishes even easier.
ActiveWater technology
ActiveWater technology ensures an eco-friendly rinse and a precise washing result through targeted water distribution, advanced filter technology, and faster heating. Enjoy a quiet and clean home with the BOSCH SMI2HVS06E Serie 2 dishwasher, saving both water and electricity.
Integrated dishwasher with quiet operation
You won't be bothered by excessive noise with the BOSCH SMI2HVS06E Serie 2 dishwasher. The appliance's new technologies, combined with the quiet yet powerful EcoSilence Drive motor, ensure peace and quiet for your home.
Harnessing the full power of detergents
Correct detergent dosage is important for an optimal washing result. The DosageAssist feature on the BOSCH SMI2HVS06E Serie 2 dishwasher ensures that the detergent dissolves completely in a special tray in the upper basket. A targeted jet of water distributes the detergent evenly, controlledly, and quickly throughout the dishwasher's interior. This results in more effective and quieter washing.
BOSCH guarantees quality
The BOSCH SMI2HVS06E Serie 2 dishwasher features the AquaStop system, which protects your home from flooding for the entire lifetime of the appliance. As soon as a sensor detects a leak, the BOSCH dishwasher automatically stops operating and pumps out the water through a double-walled hose. Thanks to a special surface treatment, BOSCH provides a 10-year warranty against corrosion for the entire interior of the dishwasher.
Lifetime AquaStop warranty against water damage
Every Bosch appliance undergoes precise checks according to strictly defined standards of quality, performance and sustainability. All Bosch dishwashers have the AquaStop system and a lifetime warranty against water damage, as well as a ten-year warranty against rusting of the inner tub.
