Unfortunately, the hot tub arrived in an undamaged box and was put away as a Christmas present, so we weren’t able to try it out in December. A crack and an air leak have now been discovered after unpacking. A complaint was made, the leak was sealed, so the customer bought a new product and now has a sealed hot tub which could start leaking again at any time. Next time, check it as soon as the order is received.
