One would say that everything will be tip-top in this price category. That' s what I expected, and with such a big hype and positive reviews all around, I ordered headphones with a confident and calm conscience. But after 24 hours of use, I was so terrified that I decided to write a review (which I don' t normally do). So let' s start nicely from the beginning. Packaging very representative - nice, clean, modern. In short, the Scandinavian design that we all love so much. After unpacking, I couldn' t resist and stuffed them right in my ears and started the pairing process. This is the first problem. - No, and not for me to sit down. So I started trying different plugs, - but I didn' t get one. And when I somehow managed to stuff them in my ears, after a gentle shaking of my head, the headphones slipped and stopped sealing. I had the opportunity to try a large number of headphones, but this happened to me for the first time. And I don' t think I' m the only one because several people complain about that bad ergonomics (as I found out later). Okay, I kind of got over it and closed it with the words - I' ll get used to it and over time my ears will adjust. And there was another problem, the headphones did not want to pair. I tackled for a while before I realized they came completely discharged (because the packages are out of the box), a pretty weird user experience. It' s such a design fail, but so be it. I charged the headphones and continued later. When I charged them, I stuffed them in my ears and there was another problem. - Shit. I am able to tolerate noise with BT headphones up to 30 €, not with 410 € headphones. But if only the noise, the worst part was that something was still beeping, cracking and growling in the right earpiece. It was just so quiet, but if you have enough sophisticated hearing, you can clearly hear it even with songs at 50% volume. At first I took it as a defect of my particular headphones. Well, when I went to their official website, they said in support that it was all right, that this was normal behavior. That it is the so-called “floor noice“ and that beeping and crackling emits a BT chip in the right handset. They' re doing their asses, aren' t they? As I said above, I wouldn' t say anything if it was some € 30 Chinese headphones. But these are high-end BT headphones that fit into the role of the best BT headphones on the market. But just so I don' t hide, the fact is that they play well. The sound profile is phenomenal, there is every detail to be heard. I also appreciate the built-in equalizer right in the app. Enough was praised, back to the problems 😆. The headphones have “ingenious“ fancy controls. Touchpad on one side. And it' s practically impossible to put them in / out of your ears or execute them without activating any command. Double-tap and hold the right handset twice to increase the volume. So I almost blew up the drums like this several times when I executed them in my ears. It should be mentioned here that there are no settings that can turn off / on / change gestures. They also do not have complete banalities such as a wear sensor. So when you put the headphones out or down, you can forget about the automatic pause / start of the media being played (you would probably want a lot in this price range). So there were a lot of such little things, but I kept giving them a chance, because after all, they played well and more or less fulfilled their purpose. But then came the final blow, when I decided to return them immediately. Connectivity. You just listen to the music, you enter it, and suddenly, like a flash from the clear sky, one handset stops playing. I managed to kick him again when I put both headphones in the box, the phone paired and re-paired. Then they went, and after a while it happened again. I own an iPhone, so there should be no problem with connectivity, especially when these headphones boast “made for iPhone“ quality. I read on the internet that this is not unusual and in short it sometimes happens to these headphones. Later I connected them to my mac. There was another problem. Nowhere is it possible to set which device to connect to. Airpods, B&W, even other headphones can be set (they connect to the last one connected / they connect manually, etc. ). I like to do it manually. When I open my mac, I click to connect them, when I go to the iPhone, I also click to connect. But I probably want that. Why am I dealing with this at all? Well, let' s say I' m watching a movie on my Mac, suddenly a notification on my phone beeps. In this case, these headphones will automatically reconnect on the iPhone, and then later on the mac. The problem is that I don' t hear anything on those 10 seconds on that mac and I have to rewind the film (it' s even worse with music). With automatic reconnect, this is a general problem with all BT headphones, so I set them all to manual mode. But these do not have that possibility. Later, for some reason, one handset stopped working on my Mac. I tried to completely reset the headphones, restart the Mac, etc. But only one still played (The other devices went well). Again, this is something that has never happened to me with any other headphones. Well, that was too much for me: )
Sound
Equalizer
Design? (Nice appearance, ergonomics not so)
Cracking, murmur and beep in the right handset
Uncomfortable (they are massive and big, they don' t fit everyone [They didn' t fit me at all - it hasn' t happened to me with any hearing aids yet])
Connectivity issues
Controls
Unable to set control
Terrible ANC and pass-trough (at the level of 10x cheaper hearing aids)
