It's working as it should. Changing the battery is quite inconvenient. Due to the zigbee protocol I expect a battery life of several years.

Nozicka is attached either to the battery cover (then it makes battery replacement more difficult) or to the sensor top (then the sensor is upside down)
Inconvenient battery replacement - the battery cover is hard to remove, the sensor cannot be reasonably removed during replacement
A misleading description. You must have an AQARA hub to use the sensor. It states here that HOME KIT is compatible, it is, but only through the connection of the AQARA hub to HOME KIT. The sensor cannot be used separately (it would have to be P2 version)
