For accurate measurement of various values, the Ultrahuman smart ring is equipped with a six-axis motion sensor, a non-contact temperature sensor and a PPG cardiovascular health sensor.

The built-in sensors measure not only your activity, but also the quality of your rest and recovery. In the app, you can then see the length and quality of your sleep. The Ultrahuman smart ring also measures body temperature, which is a key indicator for measuring physiological states and the body's responses to various stimuli.

Using modern technology, the Ultrahuman Ring AIR lasts up to 6 days in continuous operation. You can recharge it using the included wireless charger. The unbeatable durability of the smart ring is thanks to its robust, fighter-jet grade titanium, which is reinforced with a layer of tungsten carbide. This is also why the Ultrahuman Ring AIR can withstand submersion to a depth of 100 metres. The smart ring is therefore as at home on land as it is in water.
All-Day Activity and Health Tracking
A built-in 6-axis motion sensor, non-contact temperature sensor, and PPG sensor give you exactly the information you need to know. The Ultrahuman smart ring records your steps and calculates the approximate number of calories burned. The PPG sensor measures your heart rate throughout the day, which allows it to determine your heart rate variability (HRV), the value of which is key to understanding your body's recovery capabilities and its readiness for exertion. The smart ring, in conjunction with the app, can create a picture of your body clock, showing the link between a stimulus, such as light exposure, food, or exercise, and the change in your body's circadian rhythm.

A special platform for individual apps and plugins is built on the data measured by the Ultrahuman ring. The smart ring can monitor your heart activity, help you tune into your circadian rhythm, evaluate the ideal time for sun exposure, or monitor your body's reaction to various stimulants, e.g. caffeine. For women, the ring can help with period tracking.
