Printing technology
The device uses the direct thermal printing method, which requires no ribbons or ink cartridges. The print head works with a physical resolution of 203DPI and creates sharp text and one-dimensional barcodes on heat-sensitive paper labels. The print width reaches 112mm, meeting common standards for shipping and address labels. Monochrome printing takes place without wearing out other mechanical parts and meets the demands of daily product labelling.

The internal hardware includes 128MB of DRAM and 128MB of FLASH storage for smooth processing of print jobs. Connectivity and control options
Connection to a computer or corporate network is provided by a USB interface, a serial RS-232 port and an Ethernet LAN port. The integrated USB host port supports the connection of external peripheral devices, such as barcode scanners or separate keyboards for stand-alone printing without a computer. Printer management and configuration are facilitated by the TSC Console software tools and an internal web interface for remote monitoring of the printer's status on the local network. The user interface consists of an LCD touchscreen, which clearly displays the current operating status and simplifies parameter configuration directly on the printer body. An integrated real-time clock (RTC) module and an audible buzzer provide immediate feedback during printing or signal error conditions, such as a paper out.
