The TP-Link Omada EAP775-Wall WiFi access point is a wall-mounted tri-band access point designed for high-density client networks. It operates on the Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) standard in the 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands, providing a combined wireless speed of up to 9335Mbps. For efficient data transfer, it uses key technologies such as MLO (Multi-Link Operation), Multi-RUs, 4K-QAM, and a 320MHz bandwidth. The wall-mounted design with a paintable cover allows for discreet installation in any interior. Management is centralised via the Omada SDN platform, which simplifies the configuration and monitoring of the entire network.

Wi-Fi 7 performance and tri-band operation
The access point is built on the Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) standard, which brings a significant increase in network performance and capacity. It uses three frequency bands: 2.4GHz (up to 688Mbps), 5GHz (up to 4324Mbps), and 6GHz (up to 5765Mbps). MLO technology plays a key role, enabling simultaneous data transmission across multiple bands, which reduces latency. The 320MHz bandwidth, 4K-QAM modulation, and Multi-RUs feature, which efficiently allocates channel resources among multiple users, also contribute to high throughput. Six internal antennas, together with Beamforming technology, direct the signal straight to client devices.
Centralised management and network capacity
Integration into the Omada SDN (Software Defined Networking) platform provides centralised management of the entire network from a single interface, whether via a web browser, mobile app, or cloud controller. It supports Wi-Fi Mesh and Seamless Roaming, which create a unified network with a smooth handover between access points without connection dropouts. The access point can serve over 380 simultaneously connected devices and covers an area of up to 100m², making it suitable for high-density environments such as offices, hotels, or educational institutions.
Network security and discreet mounting
Modern WPA3-Personal and WPA3-Enterprise encryption standards protect the wireless network. The access point also offers a set of advanced features for traffic segmentation and management, including VLAN support, MAC address filtering, and client isolation. The rogue access point detection feature actively protects the corporate network from external threats. The wall-mounted design with the included mounting kit simplifies installation. The package also includes a paintable cover that can be colour-matched to the interior. A hidden anti-theft lock enhances physical security.
Advanced connectivity
The device offers flexible connectivity and power options. Two 2.5G Ethernet ports connect to the backbone network, one of which functions as an uplink with support for power via PoE+ (802.3at) or PoE++ (802.3bt). Three Gigabit Ethernet ports are also available for connecting end devices. Two of these ports support PoE output for powering devices such as IP cameras or phones, or one port supports PoE+ output. Activating the PoE output requires the access point to be powered by the 802.3bt standard.
