KOH-I-NOOR 9960M wooden hedgehog with crayons pink, small 24 colours

This set of 24 Koh-i-noor 9960M wooden colouring pencils is suitable for children from 4 years of age. The hexagonal shape makes them easy for both right- and left-handed children to grip correctly, promoting comfortable use without hand fatigue. The soft, break-resistant 10mm lead leaves a lightfast mark on paper. The pencils come in a handy desk stand that keeps workspaces tidy and makes it easy to choose the right shade.

Ergonomics and lead features

The hexagonal shape of the colouring pencils is designed with young children's ergonomics in mind. This shape stops the pencils from rolling off the table and naturally guides children into the correct grip, which is essential for developing fine motor skills. The soft 10mm lead requires very little pressure, preventing hand fatigue during drawing. Lightfast pigments ensure that drawings keep their vibrant colours and do not fade over time. Additionally, the break-resistant lead design increases durability when dropped or sharpened.
