Wi-Fi connectivity and speed
The Tenda Nova MX21 Pro WiFi system operates on the Wi-Fi 6E standard and uses three separate frequency bands to achieve wireless performance without mutual interference. The total transfer speed reaches up to 5665Mbps, with advanced MU-MIMO, OFDMA, and Beamforming technologies ensuring efficient signal distribution to many devices simultaneously for precise data stream routing. Wireless transmission takes place across three frequency bands. In the 2.4GHz band, it reaches speeds of up to 861Mbps, in the 5GHz band up to 2402Mbps, and in the 6GHz band also up to 2402Mbps.
Mesh technology and coverage
The system uses advanced Tenda EasyMesh technology with support for IEEE 802.11k/v/r roaming protocols, which ensures automatic network optimisation and seamless switching for mobile devices as they move around the space. With three modules in the package, this system can reliably cover an area of up to 360m² with a single SSID network name. The system allows for the seamless simultaneous connection of more than 200 active devices, which is suitable even for the most demanding smart homes.
Network security and connectivity
Data transmission protection meets high security standards with support for WPA3 encryption. For backward compatibility with older devices, WPA2, WPA, WPA2-PSK, and WPA-PSK standards are also supported. An integrated firewall protects the network from UDP Flood, TCP Flood, and ICMP Flood attacks. It also features parental controls with the ability to create whitelists and blacklists of websites, a separate guest network, and VPN server and client support for secure remote connections. Each module is equipped with physical ports for stable wired connections to desktop computers, printers, TVs, or NAS network storage. The wired interface consists of one gigabit WAN/LAN port and two gigabit LAN ports.
