Tamron 11-20mm F/2.8 Di III-A RXD for Fujifilm X-Mount

The Tamron 11-20mm F/2.8 Di III-A RXD for Fujifilm X-Mount is designed for digital mirrorless cameras with Fujifilm X-Mount mount and APS-C format sensor (16.5 to 30mm focal length equivalent). It offers a high f/2.8 aperture throughout the zoom range, 67mm filter thread diameter, autofocus, dust and moisture resistance and a light weight of just 330g. The luminous ultra-wide angle zoom covers a range of 11-20mm, allowing photographers to take full advantage of the characteristic shallow depth of field and unique perspective of ultra-wide angle lenses. He excels in a wide range of situations - from landscapes, architecture and travel scenes to interior portraits and reportage shots. The optical design of the lens includes 12 elements in 10 groups. Two GM (Glass Molded Aspherical) lenses provide high resolution across the entire frame, while two LD (Low Dispersion) and one XLD (eXtra Low Dispersion) elements suppress chromatic aberrations that can occur when shooting at an open aperture.

Unified filter diameter 67 mm

Almost all TAMRON mirrorless lenses have a uniform filter thread diameter of 67 mm. This allows users to use the same filter across a wide range of lenses,which is especially advantageous for more expensive filters such as polarizing (PL) or neutral density (ND) filters - by sharing you save costs. At the same time, the need to find lens caps of different diameters when changing lenses is eliminated. In addition, all lenses in this series are compact, lightweight and very easy to carry, making it much easier to work with even when carrying multiple lenses at once.

BBAR G2 (Broad-Band Anti-Reflection Generation 2) and circular aperture

Innovative second-generation anti-reflective coating that effectively suppresses flare and ghosting, and provides higher contrast even in backlight. The multi-blade aperture is designed to maintain a near-circular shape even when stopped down two stops from full aperture - resulting in natural, subtle bokeh.

Moisture resistant construction

Seals in key parts of the lens protect the optics from moisture and dust, making it ideal for outdoor shooting in poor conditions. TAMRON uses polycarbonate to produce high-precision components that must also meet the demands of durability and strength under heavy use.

GM (Glass Molded Aspherical) and XLD (eXtra Low Dispersion) members

Aspherical optical elements formed from glass significantly minimize distortion and enhance image sharpness, especially in the peripheral parts of the image. The lens elements made of special ultra-clear glass with extremely low light scattering allow precise correction of longitudinal and magnifying chromatic aberration.
