Types of supports and rests

• Armrests provide support during prolonged work with a mouse and keyboard. They provide proper arm support, helping prevent pain and conditions such as RSI. Unlike fixed armrests, adjustable armrests allow you to change the height and position of your hands.
• Headrests provide support for the head, neck and upper spine. If you suffer from chronic pain in these areas, a head rest could be the answer.
