The Trizand 25254 Massage Hula Hoop is an ideal addition to any home gym. The hoop exercise strengthens the middle of the body, abdomen and hips. Internal massage protrusions dampen vibrations, stimulate blood circulation, increase comfort during exercise and help relax the hips and back. The structure is composed of 16 parts and a counter with weights. The tracking function tracks kilometres, calories burned and revolutions. The individual parts conceal a rail into which an anchor fitted with ball bearing castors is inserted before closing. A weight is then attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable string. The string can be adjusted to a length of 20-37 cm, the longer it is, the heavier the weight will be due to centrifugal force.
