The Sena R1 cycling helmet in size S combines safety with technology. It is designed for adult cyclists who want to stay connected while riding. An integrated headset with Bluetooth 4.1 technology allows you to communicate with other riders up to a communication range of 0.9km in open terrain. In addition, you can control your phone, listen to music or follow instructions from your navigation. The shell is made of polycarbonate using the In-Mold method, which ensures a high level of protection.

Communication and clear sound while riding

The integrated headset in the Sena R1 helmet is for communication on your bike. Thanks to Bluetooth 4.1 technology, you can connect with up to three other riders. The Advanced Noise Control™ technology actively filters out ambient noise, such as wind, so your voice is always clear and intelligible to others. Sound is transmitted to the headphones in HD quality, and communication is handled by the integrated front microphone, which is designed to disrupt aerodynamics as little as possible.

Safe construction and comfortable fit

The core of the helmet is a polycarbonate shell made with In-Mold technology, which is firmly bonded to the inner EPS liner. This solution provides a high level of protection while maintaining a low weight. A comfortable fit is ensured by the rear retention system and the main strap made of nylon and leather with a buckle fastening. Stability and comfort are also enhanced by 18 ventilation holes that effectively dissipate heat.

Easy control and customisation

The headset is controlled using buttons on the helmet. You will find just three buttons on the helmet for all basic functions. For advanced settings and managing connected devices, you can use the SENA Smartphone App for your mobile phone. For even more convenience, a handlebar remote control can be purchased separately. Communication with R1 EVO models is possible with the optional +Mesh adapter.
