How to set the Roncato suitcase TSA lock
You can change the number combination as follows:
1. Set the lock to the opening combination (the factory preset is 0-0-0).2. Push the reset button with a pen or other pointed object until you hear a click.3. Set your new number on the dial and remember it well.4. Push the PUSH button in the direction of the arrow.
The reset button will return to its original position and you will hear a click. Your new code is now set. To change your numeric code, simply repeat steps 1 to 4.
Opening the lock:
To release the zip pullers and open the suitcase, enter the correct code and push the PUSH button in the direction of the arrow (the factory preset is 0-0-0, unless you have set your own code).
TSA lock
The primary purpose of the TSA lock system, marked with a red diamond symbol, is to allow luggage to be easily opened for inspection without damage. This can also speed up the inspection process. TSA security officers can use this type of lock to open and inspect luggage without having to break the lock. All TSA locks are marked with a code from TSA001 to TSA007, which corresponds to the type of master key used to open this kind of lock. Keys for TSA locks are not publicly available and are only accessible to TSA personnel. After inspecting the luggage, these officers are required to place a notice of inspection inside your suitcase and must lock it again.
