Instructions for Setting the Roncato Suitcase's TSA Lock

You can change the number combination using the following procedure:
1. Set the lock to the opening combination (the factory preset is 0-0-0).
2. Push the reset button with a pen or other pointed object until you hear a clicking sound.
3. Set your new number on the dial and remember it well.
4. Push the PUSH button in the direction of the arrow.
The reset button will return to its original position and you will hear a click. Your new numerical code is now set. If you wish to change your numerical code, simply repeat steps 1 to 4.
Opening the lock:
To release the zip pullers to open the suitcase, enter the correct code and push the PUSH button in the direction of the arrow (the factory default code is 0-0-0, if you have not yet set your own code).

The primary purpose of the TSA lock system, marked with a red diamond symbol, is to allow luggage to be easily opened for inspection without being damaged. This also allows the inspection to be carried out more quickly. Thanks to this type of lock, TSA security staff can open and inspect the luggage without having to destroy the lock.
