Easy Activation and Reusable
To activate, simply bend the metal disc inside the pouch. This triggers a chemical reaction, causing the liquid gel to crystallise and release heat for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the surrounding conditions. Once the warmer cools down, just boil the inner part in water for a few minutes until the crystals inside have completely dissolved. It is then ready for its next use. In addition to heating, you can also use it as a cold compress after chilling it in the fridge.
