Nutrend Creaport contains maltodextrin, creatine monohydrate, taurine, creatine monohydrate, Kre-Alkalyn, Ceratonia siliqua extract chrome, magnesium, vitamin B6, B12 and pantothenic acid. It also includes L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine and D-pinitol. Creatine Nutrend Creaport is easy to prepare, just mix it with water. The 600 g package is sufficient for the preparation of 20 doses.

Preparation
Mix 30 g in 150 ml of water.
Recommended dosage
The recommended dose is 30 g (one scoop). Take the drink at most once a day after training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Storage
Once opened, store at a temperature of up to 25 ºC and use within 3 months.
