MSR Elixir 2 Gray
The MSR Elixir 2 Gray is lightweight and has enough space for 2 people, making it ideal for trekking, backpacking and camping. The simple, self-supporting construction of the Elixir 2 tent makes it easy to pitch even on rocky surfaces. Thanks to high-quality materials, excellent ventilation and high thermal comfort are guaranteed. The Elixir 2's unique two-pole dome design provides ample space for comfortable rest. The tent has 2 large entrances with side zippers equipped with StayDry rainwater drains. The interior space is then divided into 2 hallways and a living area that can accommodate 2 large mattresses. The colour-coded rods, clips and clamps allow very quick and easy assembly.

Unique Fast & Light system
The Fast & Light system allows you to build the tent without an inner tent, which is the ideal solution if you want to achieve the lowest possible weight, i.e. 2.24 kg. The MSR Elixir 2 tent comes with the MSR Footprint groundsheet, which protects the tent from mechanical damage and moisture. The MSR tent's canopy and groundsheet are made of durable materials with a water-repellent DWR finish.

Water column
Indicates the resistance of the fabric and seams to water leakage. Indicates the amount of water that the material is able to hold before it begins to leak. The higher the value in mm, the higher the resistance of the tent. Each tent should have a tropical canopy with a water column of at least 2,000 mm, which is approximately the pressure exerted by a raindrop flying at 80-90 km/h. If you want to weather the storm unscathed, a water column of at least 3,000 mm is a better bet. A water column of 5,000 mm is recommended for normal hiking. For more demanding conditions, choose a subfloor with a water column of 8,000-10,000 mm.Specifications
