The MARIMEX cooling tub consists of 5-layer walls and bottom. An outer layer of polyester and nylon protects it from the elements and mechanical damage. The first PVC layer prevents the thermal insulation layer from getting wet and increases the insulation function. The thermal insulation layer, which consists of combed cotton, maintains the optimum temperature and coolness inside the vat. The second PVC layer again prevents the thermal insulation layer from getting wet and increases the insulation function. The last layer is a waterproof jacket that does not let water through and prevents leakage into the other layers.
