Compared to older versions, it offers a construction of expanded polypropylene (EPP), which is more flexible and lighter than classic polystyrene padding. Durable and Lightweight Construction

The Skywalker 3.0 helmet uses a hybrid construction that combines an inner layer of expanded polypropylene (EPP) with a robust outer shell. The EPP core is more flexible and lighter than commonly used polystyrene. This inner part is protected by a shell made of robust polycarbonate, which increases puncture resistance and extends the helmet's lifespan. For longer ascents, the helmet is equipped with ventilation openings, and it also includes clips for a head torch.
