HMS Premium LS3061 under the big dumbbell

The HMS Premium LS3061 adjustable bench with biceps support and pre-kick is equipped with a back support adjustable to 7 positions and a seat adjustable to 3 positions. In the horizontal position, it allows most exercises with dumbbells, front kicking and tripping. When set to a negative angle, the bench can be used to strengthen the abdominal muscles, while the overhead frame can be fixed to three different angles. In a positive angle, the bench serves as a support for a large dumbbell or as a bench for biceps strengthening. The Prayer Book is adjustable in height to 4 positions with a 4 centimetre drop, or it can be fully extended. The backrests are made of a durable board with a high layer of foam and covered with a carbon-look synthetic leather that is sweat-resistant and prevents slipping.

Technical design and equipment of the bench

EVA foam rollers ensure comfort and durability. The weight mandrel has a length of 18 cm and a diameter of 25 mm, which allows the use of standard and Olympic discs (weights not included). Stability is ensured by screw feet, which allow the bench to be level even on uneven surfaces - on a flat surface the bench rests directly on the stabilisers. For easier handling, one of the stabilizers is equipped with transport wheels.
