Construction of the massage hula hoop

The construction consists of 16 identical parts, which are connected by plastic couplings. To close the hoop, at least 12 parts must be used. The individual parts contain a rail into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. A 400 gram weight is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable strap. The string can be set to a length of 20 to 38 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

Magnetic massage

Each part of the HHM15 is fitted with a massage protrusion on the inside which contains a magnet. The protrusions pleasantly massage the waist area, thus the skin is blooded and the fat tissue is disrupted and broken down. Negatively polarized magnets promote blood circulation and thus have a positive effect on metabolic function.

Instructions for use:
The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but at the same time does not fall over the hips. The HHM15 is suitable for waist circumferences from 78 to 110 centimetres. Once the length has been set, the anchor with the weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips, and we start the workout. The intensity of the workout is influenced by the speed at which we twist our hips.
