Recommended dosage
Dosage depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition. We recommend spreading the daily dose (max. 2 scoops) in 2 servings, which should be consumed as a snack between meals and especially on training days within 30 minutes after training. Mix the contents of one scoop (45 g) of Hero in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk.
