Preparation
Use 150 ml of water for each scoop (20 g). The contents of the prepared drink are intended for direct consumption.
Recommended dosage
The maximum daily dose is 40 g, beginners and advanced athletes 1 scoop (20 g) and performance and professional athletes 2 scoops (40 g). Take 15-20 minutes before training, on non-training days 1 scoop (20 g) 1-2 times a day between meals.
Storage
Store dry at temperatures up to 25 °C, protect from direct sunlight and frost. Use within 3 months after first opening and store in a dry environment, carefully sealed. The gradual hardening of the mixture in the open package does not affect the effectiveness of the product.
