Its resistance is regulated by a magnetic brake and can be continuously adjusted in the range of 1-22 degrees. The trainer has a balanced flywheel system with a weight of 11 kg, which is stored in its front part and ensures stable and smooth running. There is also the possibility of adjusting the stride length from 45 to 48 cm. The flat belt with tension pulley and the pedal centre allow maintenance-free operation, while the joints are fitted with high-quality bearings, as is the pedal centre.
The NordicTrack elliptical trainer is equipped with an incline function of up to 20 degrees.
