Instant whey protein 89% {whey protein concentrate [emulsifier: lecithins], whey protein isolate [emulsifier: lecithins (soy)]}, aroma, L-glutamine 2.9%, thickener (cellulose gum), L-arginine, food acid (citric acid), food grade salt, L-leucine 0.2%, sweetener (sucralose), L-isoleucine 0.1%, L-Valine 0.1%, bromelain powder 0.04%, dye (Allura AC worm).
Preparation
Mix one scoop (28 g) with 250 ml of water or whole milk.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 to 2 doses daily. On a training day, take a minimum of 2 doses per day, one 45 minutes after training and the other between meals. Dosage depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight and children. Protect from frost.
