Alpina Paranus black matt 55-59 cm

Lightweight, durable and safe, the Alpina Paranus black matt bicycle helmet combines classic sporty design with a high level of safety and comfort. The helmet is made with In-Mold technology, which permanently bonds the polycarbonate shell to the EPS foam lining under high pressure and temperature. The result is a helmet with high strength, reliable shock absorption and low weight. In addition, the outer ceramic layer is scratch, shock and UV resistant and has anti-static properties so that dust does not settle on it. It is also ideal for longer trips and more demanding trekking. The helmet is equipped with ventilation holes that keep the air circulating comfortably even on hot days. An integrated mosquito net protects against unwanted fellow passengers. With the Paranus helmet, you'll always be perfectly equipped whether you're cycling along a river or venturing into rugged terrain.

Maximum comfort and protection

One of the factors that greatly affect the comfort of wearing the Alpina Paranus helmet is the ventilation system. The strategically positioned arrangement of the vents is crucial for optimal ventilation of the helmet interior. The air is led in, flows around the head and can flow out again at the back. The inner shell is made of Hi-EPS highly expanded polystyrene. The material has microscopically small air chambers that absorb the forces acting on the helmet in the event of an impact. Hi-EPS provides optimum protection while allowing for extra thin helmet walls and a narrow shape. The Run System Ergo Flex allows you to adjust the size of your Alpina helmet to fit with an easy-to-move wheel. The soft design adheres evenly to the head and thus increases protection.
