The Sodastream JET bottle is made of a unique plastic material called Tritan, which resembles glass in its properties but retains the advantages of plastic. The bottle does not absorb any odours, does not stain, is very flexible, durable and UV resistant. It guarantees longer beverage shelf life and you can wash it in the dishwasher. It has an expiry date, as it can withstand the pressure of CO2 gas from the bottle repeatedly and for a long time when used in a domestic sparkling water maker. As a result, it wears out and ages.
