Advantages of SIMAX glass cookware
A major advantage of the SIMAX glass roaster is that it releases heat slowly. The food inside has plenty of time to cook through, so there's no risk of it being raw in the middle while the outside is already burning. Another bonus of glass cookware is that you don't need to take the roaster out of the oven to check on the cooking progress. A single glance is all you need. You can also serve the prepared meal in it, and then store it in the fridge and reheat it later. All that's left to say is bon appétit.
