Dry the fruit to your own taste. Try homemade apple, raisin, plum, apricot and banana pieces. Dried herbs (mint, lime blossom or chamomile) are guaranteed to make a perfect herbal tea, either in the morning or before going to bed. You can also dry orange peels for decoration or petals for fragrance blends.
Drying salted meats, fish and mushrooms
Dry any quantity and any type of meat quickly and easily. Dried vegetables can serve as a great seasoning for soups and dishes. The dryer will also prepare the perfect dried tomatoes for you. Of course, you can also dry meat or fish, in premium quality and to your taste.
Simple tips
For a perfect drying process, it is recommended to choose high-quality, fresh and washed food. In the case of apples and the preparation of crucifers, remove the skin from the fruit, cut into slices and soak for two minutes just before drying. Then leave it on the dryer. Choose mushrooms for drying that are young and fresh. The drying time depends on the size of the cut, but it usually takes less than half a day.
Even drying and quiet operation
The dryer has a built-in fan in the middle of the body, which creates hot air upwards and sideways to dry all ingredients evenly. Stack the selected cut pieces in sieves (trays) up to five tiers. The sieves can be adjusted to a drying height of up to three centimetres and thus adapted to the size of the inserted goodies. The dryer also has the advantage of making only 20 dB(A) of noise. Therefore, it does not interfere with any household operation even if it works at full speed for several hours. Dry at any time of the day or night undisturbed and in peace.
